Ley General de Protección al Patrimonio Cultural y al Patrimonio Natural

Esta Ley es aplicable a las actividades vinculadas a la protección del Patrimonio
Cultural y el Patrimonio Natural, desarrolladas por las personas naturales y jurídicas, cubanas y extranjeras, en el territorio nacional.
